2.2 PRESIDENT. The President shall preside at all meetings of the chapter and appoint all committees and appointed officers. The President shall be an ex-officio member of all committees, co-sign all checks for money disbursed, sign all contracts of the chapter, and be the official representative of the chapter whenever such representation is required. The President shall be responsible for filing all required National and District paperwork. The President shall be in Marching Band in the fall.
